Shame about the music but...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was modern and colourful. It was very centrally located. Complimentary minibar very welcome with wine, beer, water, chocolate and crisps. Great shower and comfy bed.
Disliked: Loud music and tv!! There was a huge tv in the lounge which was constantly on and made using the lounge uncomfortable. At one point the tv was full on alongside the loud music playing everywhere! We asked for the tv to be silenced which staff did. We also asked twice for the music in the restaurant to be turned down in order we could have a normal conversation without having to raise our voices! It was turned down but kept creeping up again.

Liked: Everything apart from the previous post
Disliked: We had a bad morning on our last day as our breakfast was late & looked like it had been warmed up, you dont expect poached eggs to be hard, we did explain ro reception on departure & she was lovely & couldn't apologise enough, we had ordered room service the night before & she didnt charge us for that which was very kind of her, having said that i would still return again, we have used the hotel twice before & i would still recommend it to fannily & friends, one small error doesn't mske it a bad place to stay
