Wouldn't stay again
Disliked: Reception desk when we arrived very messy. Hall carpet dirty. Parking awful, if you don't get in hotel car park , which only has room for about 6 cars ! ! ! , Man at desk was busy filling out a form and didn't look up to say hello ! ! !

Liked: The staff were all so friendly & helpful. Great location for getting around the area too
Disliked: The road could be a tad noisy, but this is no fault of the hotel, just need to keep windows closed at night

Lovely, relaxing location and hotel.
Liked: The proprietor was not only very happy and helpful, but genuinely wanted to make your stay special.
The room was large and comfortable and in a good location.
Disliked: Noise from 7:00am every morning from the hotel and outside, which would have been quieter if the windows of the room were closed (but open due to hot temperature). Limited Car parking spaces.

Liked: Great staff, very helpful, couldn't do enough for us. The room was lovely, very quaint, exactly what I wanted from a seaside type guesthouse. Superb cooked breakfast available everyday, great sausages! All in all a lovely place, with a lovely atmosphere. The other guests were very friendly and chatty too. Would definitely stay there again.
Seven minute walk into town, lovely views of the Thames Estuary on your way in. Also five minute walk away from the guest house, on another part of the seafront is a Genting Casino, we had a really nice evening there. Leigh-on Sea is 10 minutes away by taxi.
All in all.....really, really nice.

Great hotel great location, enjoyed...
Liked: Great sized rooms , we had the renovated rooms and it was fab, bed great, extra blankets in the rooms.
Breakfast was great as well
Disliked: Car parking, small car parking space and in the web site says no need to reserve, there is if it?s possible
