Area Information

The guest house is within a 5 minute walk from the railway and coach and interchange. It is a 10 minute walk to the cliff top leading down onto Bournemouth's 7 miles of golden sand. A short walk will bring you to Bournemouth's vibrant nightlife, restaurants and bars. Bournemouth Airport is a 20 minute drive, and it is 30 minutes' drive to the New Forest, or to Poole ferry terminal.

Please note that all children are welcome. Children under the age of 2 are free, children aged between 2-12 years are charged at an extra cost of £10, children older than this are an extra £20. Prior notice of an accompanying child is requested. Please note the twin room does not offer extra beds. All other room types can have 1 extra bed/cot on request, charges may be applicable. Please provide confirmation of your arrival time when booking. If this is not possible at the time of booking, please contact the guest house before you arrival.

Hotel Policies

POLICIES: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
