Good Value & Location for...

Liked: Good location and value to money, most staff were helpful with our issues. Once upgraded our room was spacious modern with a massive bed!
Disliked: Unfortunately we had an issue and had to change our first room due to a leak but were upgraded to a better room, which was lovely. Then on the morning we had no hot water which was really annoying, but they tried their best with an awkward situation and refunded half the room cost as the issue couldn?t be rectified.

Liked: Easy check in and great location.
Disliked: The shower door was broken, the TV remote control was also broken with multiple buttons missing. The tiny window overlooked a roof. The hotel was cheap and convenient for me at the time however should I have been there as part of work or holiday I?d have been even more disappointed.

Within speaking to reception, moved rooms in the morning for a shower but again water absolutely freezing unable to shower. Poor quality for money. Room no.s 424 and 407
