Good hotel, little expensive
Liked: Beautiful hotel, great location, lovely bathroom! Especially the huge shower! Great breakfast.
Disliked: I didn?t agree with paying £12 for parking. If you are a guest of the hotel that should be free. It would have been nice if breakfast was included. I think you pay enough for the rooms to get breakfast and parking included. One of our 3 rooms wasn?t ready for check in until gone 2:30. In 2 of our 3 rooms, the shower wasn?t draining away so leaked all over the floor.

Not as expected it would...
Liked: Room comfortable.
Disliked: For a four star hotel, breakfast was poor. Poached eggs were almost hard and tea in self dispensing pots to strong. Our room had a very large cobweb in the archway which must have been there a long time. Photo attached

Great location, friendly staff
Liked: Excellent location close to city centre and quay. Rooms are spacious. Reception staff are very helpful. Pets are welcome and the hotel has a good atmosphere. Ordered from the menu for breakfast and this was excellent. Staff in the bar were accomodating.
Disliked: At breakfast, pots of tea should be put out for customers to use, rather than the hot drink dispenser, although theses were provided when asked for. Also drink facilities in the rooms should have provision for tea rather than just coffee pot machine.
