All of the rooms are bright, spacious and equipped with everything you should need in a bed and breakfast. The rooms have all recently been fully refurbished in a modern way, creating a cosy home-from-home feeling, whether you are staying for one night or longer.

Oak House is run entirely by the manager, who is not always on site and so may not be able to let you in if no arrival time is provided. POLICIES: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 16 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
