Would stay again

Liked: Very nice design of the room. The coffee machine and the teas, the orange teapot and mugs, were setting the sunny mood for the day :) The bathroom was very spacious, a big surprise that I have not expected. Big new towels. Very very nice dining area, its worth staying there to see a real British hotel or I would even say house from the inside. Much better than a concrete standard hotel with no soul in it. Recommend staying there is price is matching your budgets.

Disliked: Website said 10 min walk from Kew which in fact was 25 ... lumpy pillows plumbing screeched off and on all night no milk in room to make tea drinking water was in an open carafe next to the toilet breakfast was a disgrace

As expected so not complaining...

Disliked: No peaceful facilities for hotel guests to relax. Only a very noisey ( even Sunday evening) pub. As a hotel you really need a dedicated sitting room.

Pub with rooms. Avoid room...

Liked: When I arrived room was impressive. Good location near station and carpark. Probably good on a school night but avoid on a Friday or Saturday.
Disliked: I stayed in Room 9... Avoid Room 9...Bin was not emptied from the previous occupant there was an alcoholic drink bottle and other rubbish in the bin. The fixtures and fittings in the bathroom needed fixing, shower did not work. Very noisy, should have known as there were ear defenders in the bathroom. See Photo! Spoke to the receptionist. I will tell the manager. Note its a pub and there is no area set aside for guests for dinner. Room 9 double aspect on a noisy junction.
