With Amount of money you...
Liked: Location - Walking distance to the City Center, Next to the Park to walk around & enjoy flowers, Greenery landscaping on Early & Late evening, Couple of minutes walk to Grocery store. Staff was very friendly &
Can even request HOT Breakfast -Egg, sausage, beans etc. (Not already made & sitting on the counter).
Wash basin was inside the Room-this was the PLUS, since Bathroom to be shared with Others
( In my case, I never had to wait for others finishing use facilities).

Walking distance from railway station
Liked: Friendly staff and great breakfast
Disliked: The area did not feel safe. Also close to a church whose chimes went off every 15 minutes

Would stay again but would...
Liked: Central position, good breakfast. Pleasant staff
Disliked: On booking.com web site it said this property had private car park, it didn't. Road was double yellow lines or resident parking only. Luckily they owned another property along the same road that had space on their forecourt for us.Shower cubicle was in bedroom so no privacy when showering. Had to share toilet down the hall.

Suitable for what we wanted...
Liked: Convenient for our onward travel, Staff very helpful. The view from window overlooked a path way full,of weeds not a very pleasant outlook needs to look more attractive possibly with a couple of plant pots with flowers in. This is only a suggestion and wouldn't stop us going again.
Disliked: As above
