Heater didn't work in room...
Disliked: The heating was not working in my room and it was snowing by the inches outside. I was freezing in my room. The receptionist gave me an electric heater but they did not offer to do anything more. A discount on my cost of the room or free breakfast would ave been appreciated given the failing heater in my room and I was also worried having the electric heater while sleeping due to safety concerns, so I was cold. Also the breakfast was awful. I had the full English. It seemed like low quality ingredients (bacon, sausage), and not very tasty. The additional breakfast foods like yoghurt and orange juice were also quite distasteful and seemed low grade or maybe off. I don't think this was worth £10 I paid for breakfast in all honesty.

Very nice, would go again
Liked: All the staff were very friendly. The room and ensuit were lovely, Additionally the original windows were beautiful and the view over the square was nice
Disliked: could have been presented a bit better, there were water marks on the ceiling and walls. it was annoying to have to close the blind everytime you needed to use the bathroom because the windows were not frosted.

Liked: Very helpful staff seemed happy to help at all times
Disliked: Room itself a little tired could do with an update. Also found a few hairs on the bed. Inside the wardrobe were leftover staff from previous occupants
