Staff were very friendly and helpful; hotel is situated in walking distance of shops and theatres. We had a really enjoyable stay and will definitely stay there again.

Liked: The location of the hotel is very central and in walking distance from two tube stations, in direct line from Heathrow Airport if you are travelling from there. Many stores and restaurants around the area. It is not far from the most famous London sights if you are into it but it would be better to take the tube for few stations since most of the touristic attractions are more than 30 min walking.
The room was larger than most in London center, clean and quite similar to the site picture. We were happy that we had enough space to move around the room without stepping over the suitcases, we also had a nice window with street view. It was very quiet especially at the evening and during the night even though the street in front was busy most of the time.
The bed was queen size and very comfy.
The bathroom was also spacious. One thing about the bathtub was that it only had a rain (type) shower head with no hand shower set, which will make it a little more difficult to shower for tall people (around or over 1.90m).
The breakfast was also good but with limited variety on several products such as fruits, bread, vegetables, cold cuts, marmelades. For me it was just enough especially if you take into account its price. We enjoyed the coffee, it was very good.
The hotel staff was helpful and polite, we have no complaint whatsoever and we would like to thank them for their hospitality.
