Great facilities in good location
Liked: Room facilities great -bathroom particularly high standard
Disliked: Food not great in restaurant and felt gratuity being added automatically to bill in bar and restaurant was excessive

Good hotel with friendly staff
Liked: Comfortable, modern hotel with all the facilities you need including a Spa.... overlooking the Thames river and 02...
Disliked: I made the mistake of seeing its closeness to the 02 as a good Hotel for an event... it was not that well despite it looking close on the map.....there is no easy access to the 0s arena it took us 30mins by Taxi.... Also, the hotel is located on private grounds which you have to stop and request entry for...the hotel should sort this out...!!!

Lovely room, lovely breakfast, poor...
Liked: Very big and comfy bed, beautiful bathroom. Really nice breakfast experience with a view. Lovely clean peaceful room. Mini bar was good, just a little pricey
Disliked: I had spent months sending and receiving various emails with the hotel to arrange some extras from their gift brochure to make it extra special for my fiancé?s birthday. However when we arrived in the room, none of these extras were waiting in the room for the surprise I had arranged, instead I had to contact the hotel reception via email / message to find out why this had not been actioned as requested. The spa staff I felt were a little unprofessional also, we had a treatment book which was rushed and the reception staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. I had also checked in online the day before coming to stay and selected a room, however the room I selected was not the room we stayed in.

Service was incredible! Shout out...
Liked: The guest relations manager (Adam Lambert) was in regular communication with me as i wanted to make this day very special for my girlfriends birthday. He not only provided me with a list of gifts i could pay for before arrival (and these would then be left in the room) he also upgraded us to a river view room (complimentary!). The view was insane and it made our day 1000x better.
The service received (in particular from Adam Lambert) was incredible - great asset to the Radisson Blu company.
Lastly, Siobhan from the East River Spa was really accommodating with booking a couples massage for us.
