Room Information

The Royal Sportsman Hotel has different sized en suite rooms on 3 floors. The hotel has no lift, but there is assistance with bags on arrival. There are ground-floor rooms available and all public facilities are also on the ground floor. All rooms have new King Koil Club Class divan beds and non-allergenic pillows, as well as the listed facilities.

Important Information

If cancelled, and a room is subsequently re-let on behalf of the guest, then only the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits will be held for a period of 6 months and can be used against a further booking within this time period.

POLICIES: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 30.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 5 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All children from 5 to 15 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged GBP 35.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 30 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
