Best Hotel and Spa !!
Liked: where do I start..fabulous setting, excellent facilities, superb service provided by all the staff and excellent dining.Stunning setting in its own grounds. Golf course, holiday park, own little chapel for weddings, and spa facility. Our room was a superior room with terrace, it had a roll top bath and large comfy bed. As it was our anniversary the hotel had given us a bottle of Prosecco when we arrived in our room...the staff couldn't do enough for you..special thanks to Alex the porter.
Disliked: everything was excellent

Welcomed with genuine smiles
Liked: From the moment we arrived until the moment of departure we were met with a sensational service which was personal and detailed. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent and we felt very welcome. The staff, the food, the grounds, the facilities, the room, the Spa - 10/10.
After a very stressful couple of weeks, we decided to book a room for two nights, last minute with our 2.5 year old daughter and despite the usual struggles with a little one, the staff made us seem effortless to accommodate when she became restless or demanding. They made us feel very at ease.
We will be emailing a more detailed experience to the customer relations manager after the weekend.
Disliked: The end of our stay, we had to leave. We didn?t like that we had to return home.

Liked: The whole building has a Downtown Abbey feel to it. The grounds are lovely and its very peaceful. Great for a romantic getaway. Spa treatments are fab and the Spa area is amazing.
The setting is lovely. Breakfast room has lovely sense of grandeur. Sitting out in the gardens with a lovely G&T in the early evening is a pleasure, blankets are available!
Disliked: Breakfast - The cold selection could have been better. Fruit was limited. Pastries served cold, (croissants weren't great probably better warm!) Granola choice would have been good with nut selection, sunflower seeds, chai seeds, cashew nuts etc. Maybe greek yoghurts. Dinner - We had to wait some time for food and also ordering food and drinks. Others complained that evening. Food was lovely though.
