Hotel was good value for money and about a 10 minute walk from the SECC/Hydro. Room was clean and a nice breakfast provided. Would use this again but would try to get a room to the back to reduce the noise.

Liked: Close to the SECC and Hydro.
Disliked: Some noise from the street overnight.

Staff very friendly and helpful

Liked: Very good Good location
Disliked: Did not check if they had lift Luckily on request they gave me a ground floor room but had to tackle stairs to get to dining room which I found very difficult as I am disabled and stairs into hotel had no safety rails

An excellent hotel with nice...

Liked: The hotels staff - very nice and helpful and reception is manned 24hours. Our room was warm and cosy with a nice comfy bed and our breakfast was amazing with a lot of choice on offer, Excellent location as we had tickets for the SECC which was a 15min walk. We also had planned a meal a few doors away and spent sometime down the hidden lane the next day.

Perfect location and exceedingly well...

Liked: The hotel was very clean; from arrival the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. They even offered to change my daughter?s room to be next to our room. We would definitely use this hotel again when attending an event at the Hydro in Glasgow. Although there is no off street parking we used the NCP about 10 min walk away and only £20 for 24 hours.

Liked: A lift would be nice, but probably not possible, given the architecture.
