Liked: Good bed, ear plugs supplied but didn't need them, bath was under the eves and a little awkward even for a shorty like me but the shower pressure once I got in was impressive. Chocolat ein room was welcome after a long journey
Disliked: location meant the food choices nearby were limited,

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of refreshments in the room. The bathroom was very clean.
Disliked: It would have been better if the staff were there when I arrived.

Excellent staff; excellent provision. Vegetarian...
Liked: The staff we?re genuinely friendly and helpful. I loved the generosity in that there was an ample hospitality tray in the room, plus a very welcome bowl of chocolates. In the reception area was a big bellied jar of sweets for guests - and patrons could use the comfortable lounge with newspapers to read and a pot of coffee. Very nice touches.
As a vegetarian, I found there was a wide range of choice. Fresh fruit juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt, a whole array of cereals from the traditional ones to muesli and granola and a choice of cooked breakfasts were offered. My request for cheese on toast with baked beans was readily accommodated even though it wasn?t on the menu. The vegetarian breakfast was hash browns, vegetarian sausage, beans, mushrooms, tomato and eggs were offered. There was toast galore. The dining room was comfortable and peaceful.
Disliked: Whereas the bath under the eaves was quirky and quaint, I felt it would be too claustrophobic. Personally I would have liked a shower. As a lone traveller, I would have preferred to be closer to the centre so I could walk out at night to eat out.

Easy booking which exceed expectations
Liked: Loved it! Might have free WiFi but I was too busy to sort it! There were only 3 parking spaces but I managed to get one.
