From Exeter on the M5: - Take the A30 and exit for Okehampton. - Stay on this road for approximately one hour until reaching the Innis Downs roundabout. - Take the 1st exit signposted St Austell, A391. - Follow the A391 over several roundabouts until you reach a T Junction and turn left onto the A390, signposted Liskeard. - Take the 2nd exit at the next roundabout signposted Bens Playworld and the entrance to the hotel's private road is approximately 300 yards further on the right.

The Carlyon Bay's 86 bedrooms provide every comfort you are entitled to expect of a fine hotel. But inevitably, it is the breathtaking views from each room that provide the abiding memory of your stay. Each room also has the benefit of an interactive TV with satellite channel, tea/coffee making facilities, a direct dial telephone and en suite bathroom. Deluxe rooms offer a range of additional luxuries. Accommodation is as flexible as your requirements, with family rooms giving parents with children a haven of their own. Baby listening and baby-sitting facilities are available to offer parents with peace of mind. Room service is available 24 hours a day.

POLICIES: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
