Paul, Cambridgeshire, visiting Cliffs Pavilion Mon, 18 May 2015

Opposite sea front, close to Cliffs Pavilion so it was ideal for us to see a show and not have to travel too far to the guesthouse. I am disabled and they allocated us a ground floor room which had a sea view and was very comfortable. On street parking with parking permit. Reasonably priced rooms. Overall enjoyable weekend.

Liked: A well run friendly family guesthouse.

Good value convenient for town...

Liked: Friendly and helpful owners and staff. Views overlooking the estuary. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Room 9 in loft space suffered noise from adjacent room, and the sliding door across the en-suite entrance left gaps so absolutely no privacy for users. Convenient parking can be a problem if residents parking bays on the roadside all in use.
