Paul, Cambridgeshire, visiting Cliffs Pavilion Mon, 18 May 2015
Opposite sea front, close to Cliffs Pavilion so it was ideal for us to see a show and not have to travel too far to the guesthouse. I am disabled and they allocated us a ground floor room which had a sea view and was very comfortable. On street parking with parking permit. Reasonably priced rooms. Overall enjoyable weekend.
Liked: A well run friendly family guesthouse.

Liked: The room was clean and very comfortable, the breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious and the owners were extremely friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The only downside to staying at the Gleneagles Guest House was the lack of free parking. Other than that absolutely no complaints.

Liked: Penny and Garry were warm and welcoming, helpful and kind.
The breakfast was awesome!
Disliked: The shower was quite weak (a bit of a dribble) and I kept getting boiling hot or freezing cold water, I am not good with electric showers! The bed pillows were a bit hard/spongy. It was rather cold in the room, we tried adjusting the heating but it kept switching off. To be fair, there are alot of windows in this room with a balcony and it was a cold and windy night (Storm Diana!). However, bath robes could be provided for this type of luxury room.
