excellent in parts ,but we...

Liked: nice fire in lounge which was great after the adverse weather of weekend , had a nice pot of tea and a sandwich.
Disliked: breakfast ok but would not pay for it separately as it was poor for price , and noisy people at 4 45 in morning knocking to get in for 30mins did report it to reception

I enjoyed my stay but...

Liked: near to shops food fair beds comfy
Disliked: restaurant was very cold food bland. bedrooms had no heat in them until you turned radiators on staff should of done that before arrival but I found hotel quiet cold in all areas. On booking in I found that they didn't seem to know what they where doing and that includes when I phoned up to query about a meal. There seemed to be a lack in service as though not enough staff.as a pensioner I watch my pennies but when I stay in a hotel and pay good money I expect to be warm and well fed and comfort in my room it was warmer in the bathroom more than the bedroom. and I don't find comfort sleeping in the bath. I also learned that the chef was sacked that first night I was there.

Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Situated near the shops and amenities.
Disliked: The bath had hair in the plughole which put me off.
