Pleasant overnight stop to attend...

Liked: The staff were pleasant and the location is central. A bit dated and need of some TLC. Breakfast was not over warm but I do find that this is the case when in dishes under lights.
Disliked: décor in room

Exceptional

Liked: The rooms were clean and tidy, beautiful decor that matches the listed building.the staff were amazing, so helpful, they went out of there way to make sure we had a good stay, bringing extra glasses and plates for our little party we were having before the next days football tournament..Also it was one of the hottest days of this year so far and they gave out bottles if water free straight from the fridge.. The breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel..value for money and child friendly choice..I would highly recommend the 3 queens hotel..

Ok but needs updating and...

Liked: Staff were helpful and got us a new room promptly. Breakfast was very good and staff there were also very helpful.
Disliked: Had an infestation of flies in our first room, there was also a number of cobwebs on ceiling and rips in net curtain. The lift was out of order so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with heavy bags. I suffer with arthritis so this was very hard for me. The sencond room was much better but ridiculously hot and although there was a fan in the room it was not really effective.

Hotel needs a massive refurb.

Liked: Staff were friendly and breakfast good.
Disliked: Rooms and bathrooms in a state of disrepair. Barely a dribble out of the shower, when complained was told would be fixed the next morning which increased water slightly but still took over 10mins to wash soap off. Light sensor in bathroom didn't work so had to jump up and wave at It to turn the lights on.
