Hotel Directions

By car coming from the East take the m27, a31 then a338 signposted Bournemouth. Just after Bournemouth railway station, take first exit onto Saint Pauls Road signposted town centre. At roundabout take 2nd exit onto Saint Swithun's Road South. At roundabout take first exit onto Christchurch Road. After one mile at traffic light crossroads, turn right into Saint Johns road and second left into Argyll road. The hotel is the last building on the left hand side and offers both a car park and on street parking.

POLICIES: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child under 5 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged GBP 40.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 15 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable.
