Fabulous in every way!
Liked: This is a lovely hotel! The interior is beautifully presented and scrupulously clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Our room on the 3rd floor was compact but perfect. Lovely decor, very clean and very good facilities. The bed was really comfortable and the room had TV, mini fridge, wardrobe space, drawers, mirrors (including a well positioned full length one). There was air conditioning, heating, phone, drinks facilities, hairdryer, safe, lamps and alarm clock. The en suite bathroom had a fantastic super sized shower, toilet and sink. It was new and clean. Towels, bath mat, toiletries all provided. The room had free Wi-Fi which had really good signal and we were able to make use of an iron and ironing board by asking reception. We were really happy with the location, next to Shepherds Bush underground station and the Westfield shopping centre. 10 minute walk from White City and Television Centre and only 5 minutes on the tube to get to Oxford Street or Portobello road market for more shopping. The immediate area is littered with places to eat and drink, ranging from Greggs to posh restaurants for every type of food imaginable. Really can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
Disliked: There are a lot of stairs if you have a room on one of the upper floors. Not ideal for anyone who struggles with stairs.
