Very Good - 4.0 out of 5

Emma , Wrexham, visiting Cliffs Pavilion Fri, 12 May 2017

My room was very clean and large. It had lots of mirrors and a desk to sit at - both features were very helpful. It had a large window overlooking the sea which I loved and all the drink making and washing extras that one expects. As a single woman I felt very safe and I will be staying there again in October.

Liked: It was well presented and spacious.
Disliked: The restaurant was quite expensive.

Would have been a great stay but for a disco until the early hours. We were moved to a sea front room which was quiet. Staff did apologise - would use again though.

Liked: Rooms comfy; food excellent.
Disliked: Disco going on until the early hours - very loud.

Brilliant - we had a lovely stay. All the staff were really friendly, very smart and efficient. The food and service in the restaurant and bar was second to none. Our room was fresh and extremely clean. Breakfast was spot on with a good selection to suit most tastes. Value for money was very good. Already recommended it to friends and we are looking for a reason to stay again.

Great hotel in close proximity...

Liked: Very close to the Cliff's Pavilion so a great place to stay if you're watching a show. Easy parking. Bar stays open late so nice to have a drink afterwards.
Disliked: Our room was very hot even with the window wide open. We are in the middle of a heat wave which is unusual for the UK but we couldn't stay in the room for very long

A lovely beachfront hotel, extremely...

Liked: The rooms were lovely, the location was absolutely perfect for the Cliffs Pavillion. It was even closer than I thought. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great value for money and I would definitely stay again.
Disliked: There wasn?t much to dislike. The windows in the corridors could be less squeaky & cleaner but that?s being super picky.
