The Wren-designed King's Guard Chamber is reached via a stupendous staircase; it's decorated with historic arms, and overlooks the lovely Privy Gardens. It seats up to 120 or accommodates 200 standing. The Jewel House is right for smaller receptions of 15 - 80. You enter through the Hall of Monarchs then enjoy a private viewing of the most famous collection of treasures in the world. (Private viewings may be combined with a main event elsewhere at the Tower.) The ancient White Tower, built by William the Conquerer, is remarkable for its age, setting, size and decor, making it a worthy choice for very special events. It can accommodate up to 220 for a fork buffet or up to 250 for a drinks reception. The Medieval Palace was the residence of kings and queens, and is decorated in the style of Edward I's reign. It is a lovely choice for summer receptions, holding from 120 - 150. The New Armouries and the Headquarters of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers are both well-equipped for meetings or conferences, accommodating from 15 - 100. Guests may enjoy private viewings of the Crown Jewels, or witness the Ceremony of the Keys from the Traitors' Gate.
