Sketch is a high-flying restaurant / gallery / posing-hotspot, and now it has added to its Gallery and Lecture Room the woodland-inspired Glade. Executive chef extraordinaire Pierre Gagnaire has devised a delicious contemporary French menu for The Glade that showcases his talent. This lunchtime only restaurant is quirkily decorated in shades of pink and white with bright lawn-green carpet and tangled-wood chandelier - somehow reminiscent of a charming woodland yet still ultra sleek and modern. The all day menu features dishes such as tuna sashimi with ginger pickles and wasabi; chicken cocotte with Grappa and the famous sketch club with Serrano ham and Emmental cheese. Desserts from the Parlour patisserie are an experience not to be missed and the afternoon tea menu is superb.
