And with specialists in each cuisine manning the kitchen, you know you’re getting the real pan-Asian McCoy. Mix and match your way across the continent, with a Thai starter of sweet chilli lotus root with chives and fresh coriander followed by curried sea bass with spicy mee krob from Malaysia or curry leaf king prawns with wild rice uppama from Chettinad.
