The door staff at the MEN are terrible. I had a ticket for my disabled son and they would not let me out to look for him. I don't know if that is the training they receive but it's put me off going again. London O2 or all the other big arenas have nice staff. Hand stamps if you want a smoke or to look for someone. Of all the venues we have been, this is the worst because of the door staff. The man in yellow told me I could have 'two minutes' if I ran, and stayed in his sight, to look for my disabled son. The Manchester Evening News is better than this. Sort it out.

i went to the MEN arena In 2007 to see the wwe house show in november, good seats and overall an excellent place to see any event, situated in the heart of manchester there is easy acsess as the place is connected to victoria station. going to see raw live this year and no doubt the crowd and the show will be incredible , very reccomended venue.

I visit the MEN Arena several times a year and I'm always very happy with all aspects. Lots of staff always helpful and cheerful.Lots of toilets clean and pleasant.Lots of eating and drinking outlets in outer area. Always very well organised. So excited because I managed to get Peter Kay tickets on Saturday so here we go again

All the times that i have been to the MEN have beein amazing and i have been totally satisfied everytime. It is the best venue i have been to and i would recommend it to anyone, just dont wrap up as it gets incredibly warm :)

I went to see Chris Brown on the 10th January at the M.E.N Arena and it was AMAZING, the staff were friendly, and the concert was great. The atmosphere from the crowd was immense, NO venue could top the M.E.N!

I went to see Fall out boy last night, and I was really impressed with everything! The sound quality was great, even when I was seated. I could see the stage clearly, and there was loads of room for me and my freinds to have jump around! The only bad part, was that I had to leave an hour early in order for me to get home via the train station. It was a great night - definatly going again!

Easy to get too. Big. Great sound quality.

Don't get to leave the arena and come back in.

loads of parking free after 6 pm. 5/10 min walk from stadium. Don't park to close, to expensive and hard to leave. JAMES BLUNT BEST VOICE I HAVE HEARD LIVE. We were on the lower tier row U facing the stage, great view, great night

I had been looking forward to this concert for months and had purchased tickets for the seating area on the ground floor...thinking the closer to the front the better!! Unfortunately I spent most of the evening looking at the back of the man in fronts head, due to this area not being tiered. Unfortunately I left thoroughly disappointed and gutted that I wasted ??60.00 on a ticket!

I think the MEN Arena is one of the best concert venues in the UK! I have been several times and no matter where I sit the sound quality is excellent and the huge screens always ensure great viewing! The only downside is parking which is expensive and a nightmare when leaving, however one of Manchester's main train stations is situated right next to the MEN so would definitely recommend this method of travel instead.
