Hotel was a pleasant surprise, a little remote but very quiet and worth it because of the quality. Staff very obliging told us about Full English breakfast which we really enjoyed. Found the cab service that the hotel uses was excellent and worth the little bit extra plus saved the wait for the bus.
Liked: Hotel was excellent very modern and excellent furnishings. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We got mixed up with the other Holiday Inn didn't realize there was more than 1 in the area.

Disliked: Everything. reception was rude and unhelpful. They told me it would be 10 minutes for a taxi, it took 20 minutes. Wifi was terrible, ended up usin my phone data while at the Holliday inn. Food was the worst I have had in England.

Liked: It was very quiet.
Disliked: The car park was quite expensive I thought. The bar was very pricy too.

Ok property need to improve...
Liked: It was near airport
Disliked: Beds, felt like I was rolling off a hill. To attempt to improve comfort slept upside down in bed. Only got 3 hours sleep. Plus they asked for a credit card deposit £50 when we paid cash in full on check in 10pm. When want back to desk at 7am to checkout the same guy who checked us in looked confused as if he shouldn't of done that.
