Lack of sleep made the...

Liked: Accommodation was lovely and cleanliness was obviously of paramount importance.
Disliked: Other clientele had no respect for hotel residents. Was kept awake until 1am by the people in the room above despite asking them politely at 11.30 to keep the noise down as I had children trying to sleep. Would not stay here again purely because of the chance that this might happen and there is no-one at the hotel reception at nighttime to ask for help.

A lovely experience. I think...

Liked: Everything was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly, welcoming, great location, lovely room and a super breakfast. Will definitely be returning.
