Great location for Playhouse events and proximity to the city centre, shopping and dining.

Liked: Everything you could have wanted for a night's stay; very helpful and accommodating staff; fab bar and restaurant.
Disliked: None at all.

very very average

Liked: nothing particularly outstanding
Disliked: no flannels in room, shower very poor and only over a bath..was supposed to be an executive room, also was not executive size from my experience. Very few staff around either.

Liked: Very stylish boutique hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good and the coffee was excellent.
Disliked: Ordered cocktails in the bar - but they didn“t have the ingredients.

Room was tiny. Bed and...

Liked: Location was good. Lobby and cleanliness of hotel
Disliked: It offered parking but did not say it was in the multistory at a charge of £14 for the night. I think that is misleading. They should state this. I could?ve stayed somewhere else that included parking.
