Opposite sea front, close to Cliffs Pavilion so it was ideal for us to see a show and not have to travel too far to the guesthouse. I am disabled and they allocated us a ground floor room which had a sea view and was very comfortable. On street parking with parking permit. Reasonably priced rooms. Overall enjoyable weekend.

Liked: A well run friendly family guesthouse.

A lovely stay and would...

Liked: There is a lovely little coffee shop beneath the guest house. The gentleman in charge couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was beautiful. The location is superb for the bars/restaurants and adventure park. There is also the best greek restaurant that we have ever dined in, just over a mile if you turn right from the guest house and head up station lane.(I would book though as it gets very busy)
Disliked: Parking would be a problem if travelling during peak times
