A very welcoming place, great...

Liked: the hotel was very laid-back, we felt quite relaxed. Molton Brown toiletries helped! The staff always had a smile on their faces and went out of their way to be helpful. The drinks facilities in the room were the best I have ever found in an hotel and there were lots of little extras - nice touch!
Disliked: pillows were a little too hard
