Liked: The guest house was in a great location in the lovely village of Woodstock, a very short walk to the beautiful Blenheim Palace and grounds. The room had everything you would need (including biscuits!). Steven was an excellent host, providing information on the local area and cooked a lovely breakfast.

Liked: Location and staff (just one guy dinging everything, but he was great)
Disliked: It was sprung on me after breakfast that they only accepted cash as payment. First I'd heard of that. It was just luck that I had cash on me. Normally I don't. Would have been rightly hacked off if I had to go find an ATM in the rain

Disliked: As it was the hottest day of the year, and there was no air conditioning, it was very hot in the room at night.

Very quaint and centrally located

Liked: A fabulous breakfast and the owners were very friendly. We arrived early and they already had the room cleaned and ready for us to enter early. It's conveniently located to allow for walking the town and over to Blenheim Palace.
Disliked: Parking is tight but we didn't have a problem finding parking out front.
