Very Good - 4 out of 5

, Wigan Sat, 11 April 2015

Seats on floor area could be tiered somehow - not much of a view of the stage when taller people sit in front you.

Liked: Great location next to station as we traveled by train.
Disliked: Lots of stairs.

, Hereford Mon, 2 March 2015

Liked: We had a great view and the large screens were good too.
Disliked: Very, very hard to find your seats, especially if the lights are not on full. No one to help point you in the right direction.

We saw Drake clearly, although seated high up. Arena ideally situated for trains and has a decent Stay Inn hotel nearby. What a fantastic venue and an excellent concert given by Drake. Top marks all round!

Liked: With screens and the positioning of the stage, the seating arrangements didn't matter.
Disliked: Very high up seating.

Very Good - 4 out of 5

, Deeping St James Fri, 7 March 2014

The concert was great but was spoilt because people were constantly waving their phones in the air taking photos and then showing them to their mates whilst the concert was still on. Can't understand it.

Liked: Michael Buble was fantastic. Whole show including support act was brilliant.
Disliked: Too many people talking throughout the concert loudly!

, Douglas, Isle of Man Wed, 5 March 2014

Liked: Great place for a night with Michael Buble.
Disliked: Steep steps down to floor.

My parents thought the arena was excellent and really enjoyed their experience watching Michael Buble. Thank you.

Pleasant - 3 out of 5

, Stockport Sun, 17 November 2013

Liked: Staff very helpful.
Disliked: Lifts out of order - I am in a wheelchair and had to be pushed up ramp. Disabled toilets wet, cramped and odd shaped.

Very Good - 4 out of 5

, Nelson, Lancashire Fri, 24 May 2013

Went to see Rush on 22 May 13 - expecting a real treat. The venue is great, the band are brilliant. The videos/camera work were excellent. The whole concert ended up a disaster because of the sound - it was awful. From the start the drummer's bass drum was so loud it hurt the chest. Everything was TOO loud - could not hear the vocals and the ensemble might as well have not been there. In the light of this not being the first time, reading from views below, I felt you should know that the sound engineer can make or a break a concert. Hope Roger Waters is a better experience on the sound.

Liked: Great venue; great shows.
Disliked: Poor sound.
